Nia Arambula is a Technical Support Engineer for NetApp, a data infrastructure company. She analyzes and troubleshoots a wide range of products and environments to provide issue-resolution support to customers. She acts as the liaison between the customer and the development team to promote enhancements to technical solutions. Nia has held various roles as a Technical Solution Analyst with Oracle Cerner Corporation and a front-end developer during her internship at Lawn Buddy. She is a visionary leader for the Women in Technology NetApp group in Wichita, Kansas.

Her passion is empowering the youth through education to inspire and pave the way for a more inclusive and diverse tech landscape. Nia is an advocate for organizations such as Latina’s in Tech, Introduce a Girl to Engineering at WSU, and the Pando Initiative Reality U. She also leads a small group of Young Christian Professionals to help develop their purpose, grow professionally, and blend the gap between profession and faith.

Nia graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology and Management Information Systems. She’s a born and raised Kansas native, eager to bring awareness to the growing Tech industry in Kansas.
