Megan Harper leads the marketing, communications, and sales operations for Twin Valley, the largest family-owned broadband company in Kansas. Her award-winning work has elevated the brand perception of the rural internet provider and helped secure grants to offer broadband to unserved rural families and businesses across the state. She is passionate about improving the quality of life for rural Kansans through access to affordable internet and meaningful community outreach initiatives.

Since joining the FlagshipKansas board in 2021, Megan has served in leadership roles and co-chaired the Ad Astra Technology Summit since its inception. The Summit has received national media attention, brought renowned speakers like Apple Co-Founder Steve Wozniak and Bill Nye “The Science Guy” to Kansas, and earned local marketing awards.

Megan has served in leadership roles with the Wichita chapter of the American Marketing Association, garnering national recognition for her work to bring in speakers to inspire and educate local marketers. She was also recognized as an AMA Wichita Marketer of the Year finalist, in the Wichita Business Journal’s Marketing Awards, and nationally as the recipient of the NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association Marketing Excellence Award.

Prior to joining the Twin Valley team in 2018, she worked for more than a decade to further the missions of two of the region’s most impactful nonprofit organizations, the Greater Wichita YMCA and Goodwill Industries of Kansas. Megan graduated with high honors from Friends University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications with a double emphasis in Journalism/Public Relations and Graphic Design.
