A Texas native, Kaitlyn joined the Workforce Alliance in the fall of 2022. Named by the Wichita Business Journal a 2024 Woman Who Leads in Technology, Kaitlyn’s driving motivation is to empower individuals to fully participate in today’s society by accessing digital opportunities and achieving both professional and personal goals. She takes specific interest in supporting individuals currently underrepresented in the IT sector, including women, people of color, and members of our rural communities.
