Cory Keller is a strategic leader in economic development and innovation policy, currently serving as Manager of Ecosystem Development & Strategic Partnerships at the Kansas Office of Innovation. In this role, he leads statewide efforts to strengthen Kansas’s innovation ecosystem by identifying gaps, building cross-sector partnerships, supporting startups, and advancing initiatives aligned with the state’s long-term economic growth goals.
Cory plays a key role in cultivating partnerships across industry, government, academia, and nonprofit organizations to foster entrepreneurship, attract investment, and position Kansas as a competitive national leader in sectors such as advanced manufacturing, agtech, biosciences, and technology. He supports programs focused on commercialization, ecosystem development, and inclusive regional innovation, and contributes to the execution of policy-driven strategies under the Kansas Framework for Growth.
Previously serving in a creative leadership role for Kansas’s largest economic development agency, Cory helped spearhead statewide campaigns that strengthened the business ecosystem and supported significant economic investments. His work has supported the growth of startups, established businesses, and key industry sectors across the state. Cory holds a Bachelor of Science in Web and Mobile Development from Fort Hays State University, and remains focused on fostering sustainable, innovation-driven growth for Kansas businesses and communities.
