Cole Cheever serves as Senior Vice President of AI Enablement & Delivery at CivicPlus, a leading civic technology company supporting more than 13,000 local governments across North America. In this role, he leads companywide internal AI strategy, governance and operational transformation.

Cole joined CivicPlus in 2006 and has held leadership positions across operations, client services, and R&D, driving programs that accelerate growth and strategic evolution.

Cole holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Kansas State University and has completed advanced executive coursework in innovation, product development, and AI strategy.

He is passionate about advancing Kansas’s role in the future of technology and supporting initiatives that grow talent, innovation, and economic opportunity across the region.
